Donald McCain is firing on all cylinders and Dancintothelight should make a bold bid to add to the tally. He gained his fourth success on the track under today's rider in December and landed a better handicap at Musselburgh last month though he's up another 5lb and was handed a 'soft' lead that day. KAUTO RIKO (NAP) had shown virtually nothing until heading to Market Rasen on Boxing Day where he won a similar grade handicap in impressive fashion. He has a 7lb rise to contend with but has plenty of scope and Brian Hughes can steer him home. Almost Gemini was in excellent form at this time a year ago and will enjoy the conditions. He was in touch when slipping before two out when last seen at Sedgefield in August and has had a nice break. Mcvicar scored on the Flat last spring but hasn't won over hurdles since 2012. Fit The Brief has flattered on several occasions but this is his trip and ground and he is one to consider.
