Verdict

Big Penny went for £70,000 at the sales after an impressive victory between the flags at Tattersalls Farm and looks a very promising recruit for Jonjo O'Neill. Arctic Lady also won a point and has undoubtedly been racing over trips too short. That victory came on heavy going so further rain would aid her cause. Your Turn didn't jump very well on her introduction at Kelso but this much longer trip will be much more suitable. SAME CIRCUS won a point and a novice hurdle in her first two starts and has been a bit unfortunate not to have won again. She's the obvious form pick but has to concede weight all round and wouldn't want the ground any softer.
