Verdict
A low draw is likely to prove all important here and Micky Mac from stall three should take all the beating. Dropped back to seven furlongs last time, he was only out-pointed in the closing stages having boldly attempted to make all the running. The second Esoterica scored on Saturday evening which makes Micky Mac's claims all the more stronger and Tim Walford's charge can achieve his second victory here. March Mate, runner-up on his last three outings is edging up the weights but still remains on a mark that he should be capable of scoring from. Imperial Lucky is another than is attractively weighted based on his best form while Brigadore was very unlucky last time when checked inside the final furlong at a time when he was set to mount his challenge. He does have the burden of a wide draw while on a line through Violent Velocity, Turn Me On has the beating of the selection but one suspects further improvement is forthcoming where Micky Mac is concerned.
