H Harrison ran a decent race in defeat at Musselburgh on Friday and has to be considered but he may have to settle for a minor role again with preference for Tough Love, who gets the vote over Sir Orpen. The last mentioned had to work hard to land a course and distance handicap last month and has to be respected off just a 3lb higher mark here but the form of that race has not worked out well so he may be best watched today. Top weight Shot To Fame is gradually dropping in the handicap and could be of interest for David Nicholls, especially if the market speaks in his favour. Top Jaro ran better at Pontefract last time but is not certain to appreciate the drop back in distance, while The Osteopath is capable but comes from a yard that has made a slow start to the season. The vote then goes to Tough Love who made an encouraging return at Thirsk last month and she looks worth a bet under conditions that suit.
