Toy Top gets the nod over No Time, River Club, Bond Becks and Bee Magic in an open affair to end the card. One thing is certain, Toy Top is extremely well handicapped these days compared to last summer when he was racing in the eighties. The Michael Dods-trained four-year-old can line up here off just 56, so has plenty going for him here, and a closer inspection of this race reveals that the last four winners have all carried more than nine stone. Very unlucky-in-running at Musselburgh five-days ago when he eventually finished fourth with Bond Becks breathing down his neck, he has a great chance of gaining ample compensation. Granted, the latter was having his first outing for a while and has Jamie Spencer up, but we will take him on. Alan Swinbank saddles River Club, but he has it to do against his elders, while No Time has plenty of weight for what he has achieved. If there is any justice, then Toy Top should make amends.
