      Verdict

Prospect wins in his turn but is not easy to predict as a career record of 3-36 indicates, but suggested his turn is close when beaten under a length in a Class 4 sprint handicap at Thirsk. He's been left on the same mark by the handicapper and is now dropped into Class 5 company. Foreseeable Future failed to complete his hat-trick last time but still rates a contender off the bottom rung, although the feeling does persist that he's better suited by the minimum trip rather than this sixth furlong. King Of Tonga and Soul Seeker have not been at their best of late and Starsong and Stalingrad look in the grip of the assessor. IMPELLER was well beaten on seasonal reappearance but looked to need the run and is a speculative choice in what is a tight handicap based on the best of his form last term.
