On these terms OUR GUARDIAN ANGEL has outstanding claims on this Novice Hurdle leaving top rated Oursininlaw and Osbaldeston fighting for minor honours. The pick is easily the best in at the weights, receiving a stone from his main rival, and he went long way to confirming the promise he's shown in bumpers when finding just the one too good at Uttoxeter last time out. Oursininlaw found a step down in distance not to his liking last time and is perhaps best judged on his win in a similar race at Fakenham at the start of the season but on these terms is up against it. Osbaldeston is related to a useful type and although still looking green last time it was the latest in three improved efforts. Sunset Report looks a little up against it in this field but has shown improved performances on his last two runs so might be in with place claims but the framing of this race throws up a stand-out and that is Our Guardian Angel.
