SCHINKEN OTTO is the only horse in the field to have won last time and is our selection, whilst Troodos Jet, Star Tenor and Ice Image could play their part. Schinken Otto won really well over this trip at Sedgefield recently. With a mark only 6lbs higher today after that seven length victory we think that Schinken Otto can make it back-to-back wins. Troodos Jet has won a couple of times this year including a nice run at Carlisle when beating four horses including Star Tenor who also runs here. Star Tenor has won since being beaten by Troodos Jet but was fourty four lengths behind the winner in his last appearance. Ice Image has shown some improved form in his last two contests and lost out by just a nose at Hexham in his last run finishing behind Aruman. We expect an improvement again today and could run our selection really close. However, we stick with our original choice of Schinken Otto who put in a convincing performance last time and should run well here.
