In depth

Verdict

Central Flame wound back the clock in a qualifier for this here earlier in the month, pulling clear of Well Above Par and Ard Chros with favourite Scottish Accent only fifth. But UP HELLY AA KING is also among five previous winners at the track and his latest second at Kelso was franked when the third won the Ultima at The Festival. He’ll need a strong pace over this shorter trip but there are a couple of front-runners in this and others who like to race up with the pace including King's Wharf and Cybalko. Do Not Disturb held off Darius Des Sources at Ayr but the runner-up is now 4lb better off and entitled to turn the tables.
