In depth

Verdict

Both George Bewley and Donald McCain are doubly represented. Jockey bookings suggest that MASKED CRUSADER (NAP) is the pick of the latter’s pair and he can build on his second behind Git Maker here three weeks ago to ensure the more-exposed Parisencore’s frustrations continue. Chris McSharry is yet to train a winner but Ceolwulf was beaten less than a length at Sedgefield on his hurdling debut so there should be more to come.
