A wide open affair here with many in form rivals in opposition including Jordan's Ridge, Major Shark, and Silken Pearls and the tentative vote goes to the last named. The selection was disappointing on her last run last season but prior to that she had looked an above average sort and with conditions in her favour after a 425 day absence she will be hard to beat. Jordan's Ridge rates the main danger on his latest third behind Just The Jobe and he runs off the same mark here. Major Shark is another that could go well he ran as if returning to form when third behind Lewis Island last time and a reproduction of that effort would give him definite place claims. Of the remainder Rescator is from a yard in top form and is worth noting in the market but for the winner we return to Silken Pearls.
