Verdict

Top Dressing can land this at the expense of Whistle Blowing and Supply And Fix. The selection is having his first run over fences for Howard Johnson. Fitness is the only concern as he has not been seen since finishing second at Sedgefield in April. He did win a novice hurdle prior to that so we know he has ability so if his jumping holds up he should be the one they all have to beat. Whistle Blowing will pose as the biggest danger to the selection. Although he is winless after sixteen starts the yard are in form having had a winner at Exeter in the week. His form looks consistent enough and although he will struggle to beat the selection he can run well to finish in the placings. Suppy And Fix ran well enough on his chase debut to finish fourth and was good enough to win a hurdle race in the summer so any market moves should be noted. But for the winner we return to Top Dressing.
