MR ORANGE hasn't won for nearly a year but this season has been one of steady progression and, with the Midgley yard in useful form, is taken to go one better than when producing a solid effort at Pontefract last month in a large-field sprint handicap. Harrison Shaw has done well in his first season and as the gelding is capable on heavy ground he should be fine on the forecast soft conditions. Cliff inched home under today's pilot last time and should be in contention along with Quick N Quirky, much better the last day when runner-up here over a furlong further. It will be intriguing to see how how takes to sprinting once again after considerable time away. Ki Ki and Market Choice are also noteworthy.
