Verdict
Poet's Dawn finished a long way ahead of Duke Of Freedom when opening his account over course and distance for which he is penalised. That should hand the advantage to ICONIC SUNSET, narrowly beaten at Haydock last time when caught at the line. James Tate’s colt is also preferred to Pearl's Calling, who made a modest start over today’s trip at Doncaster. Alfa McGuire finished well ahead of Grimeford Lane when fifth at Calisle while Burnieboozle is related to winners and a newcomer to note.
