The Channon yard began the week well with their juveniles and SUNLEY VALENTINE looks a lively stable contender in an open contest made trickier by the general absence of soft ground form. The filly has shown up quite well on most outings and her latest effort in a Kempton nursery when an unfancied third behind Darnathean looks solid. Matthew Davies claims a handy 3lb. Towbee was a beaten favourite last time but his previous run when second to Dutch Heritage on good to soft ground takes the eye and he should be on the premises. Oddysey and Yearbook have consistency on their side, whilst a potential improver is No More Games on his nursery bow. He's blinkered first time and Julie Burke is worth every pound of her claim.
