This is not a particularly strong contest to end the evening's action and what can only be a tentative vote goes to the John Weymes-trained COOLELLA, who has been given a chance by the handicapper having been dropped 2lbs since running a close fourth behind Choc'A'Moca at Musselburgh when last seen in June and he gets the verdict ahead of Amoureuse and Autocracy. Eric Alston's colt has dropped to a career low mark but remains a maiden after eight starts so cannot be backed with any confidence and looks booked for a place at best. Julie Camacho's Gold Crusher is now 15lbs lower than on his reappearance but has given little cause for optimism this term, while Jim Goldie's Weetentherty is capable but inconsistent. Declan Carroll's Amoureuse disappointed at Warwick last time but earlier form at Ayr is solid and he has claims on running that day but a safer option looks to be Coolella, who can gain a deserved success.
