This is a competitive handicap to finish the card with but NAMU should prove too good for her rivals while both Multahab and Green Lagonda are worthy of mention. The selection has been catching the eye lately winning at this venue before finishing second at Folkestone off a six pound higher mark. She has proved that she can handle the twists and turns of Brighton and can once again be competitive off her current handicap mark. Multahab is now five pounds higher for his course and distance success last month. He had been knocking on the door and deserved to get his head in front that day and with conditions in his favour once again he is sure to give his supporters a run for their money. Green Lagonda comes form a well respected yard and has already scored this season at Folkestone last month. He was not discredited when finding one too good over course and distance last time out but he may well find the same scenario this time around. Namu comes into the race in fine form and gets the narrow vote.
