FLEUR DE LION will find life tougher for a seven pound rise but with more improvement to come he is taken to follow up from his recent win at the expense of Vita Mia and Sounds of Jupiter. The selection won over course and distance last time out breaking his maiden tag in the process. He proved that day he could handle the undulations of the track and with further improvement he could prove difficult to peg back. Vita Mia landed back to back victories at Folkestone and Chester and is now six pounds higher as a result. Cathy Gannon gets on well with the horse but she did disappoint last time out at Winsdor so it could be the case that her winning spree is over. Sounds of Jupiter won a maiden at Kempton during the winter but has struggled in handicaps since. He went up seven pounds without running from May to August and disappointed at Bath last time out. The handicapper has now lowered his rating so he is worth monitoring in the market. Fleur de Lion is the form horse in the race and is the percentage call.
