A low grade contest in which few boast solid credentials but Artistry is a notable exception and is just preferred. Paul Howling's filly showed improved form for the step up to this trip when third in a similar contest at Southwell last time and races off the same mark here. There should be more to come from the daughter of Night Shift who was having her first start for three months and the booking of Darryll Holland catches the eye. Princess Shoka shaped with some promise in turf maidens last year but has become disappointing on the all-weather this winter and is worth opposing. Squire Michael has been soundly beaten in claimers during the winter and needs to improve but La Dolfina wasn't disgraced in a valuable sales race on her final start last season and may reach a place for her in-form yard.
