It should pay to stick with GOOSE GREEN in this handicap and he is taken to get the better of Imperium and Mick Is Back. The selection won well when last seen out when he got the better of Shavoulin over this course and distance. He is still very well treated on the pick of his form and now that he has got that confidence booster under his belt he could be worth sticking with. Imperium has got some decent form here but he is probably better over slightly further than this these days and although he should run his race, the likelihood is that he will find at least one too good. Mick Is Back is taken on because he is stepped-up in trip and he has yet to prove his ability to stay this far. Tevez is making his first appearance on the turf for two years and he could be worth a market check, but a safer bet looks to be Goose Green who can make it back-to-back successes.
