Verdict

STORMING BERNARD's second in a decent nursery at Newmarket last week is the best form on offer. He's been unlucky to come up against some promising sorts so far and can deservedly get his head in front here. Strident Force will likely improve on his debut fifth at Ascot and is preferred to the more exposed Pitt Rivers, but Next Cry is making steady progress and is no doubt capable of better. Berwin is related to a couple of winners and any strong support for her or the Godolphin newcomer Representation should be noted.
