The late Mel Brittain won this with Cottam Donny in 2012 and son Antony will be hopeful of a big run from BROCKFIELD. A course and distance winner, he's only had one run this year and may well reverse recent running at the track with Rockwood on better terms with Serena Brotherton a significant jockey booking. Connections are struggling to find a race for Full Of Speed but Tom Fanshawe has twice steered him into a place while Duke Of Yorkshire is back in the right grade. Power Up is better on the all-weather while this may be too short for Stags Leap but Star Ascending and Miss Ranger were first and second over 1m1f at Carlisle and can't be ignored. Royal Etiquette will attract plenty of attention along with his rider but this looks stiffer than the race he finished runner-up in at Ripon.
