Corridor Creeper is well treated judged by official BHB ratings and gets the vote to resume winning ways at the main expense of Baltic King and Chookie Heiton. The last mentioned represents the yard of Ian Semple that has his runners in good form at present and he seemed to step up on recent form when placed in a decent Group 3 contest at the Curragh last time. Richard Fahey's Fonthill Road put up a career best effort at Goodwood last month but needs to improve again to trouble the judge, while Tournedos may struggle under his penalty for last month's Chester success. Mecca's Mate is preferred to Sierra Vista among David Barker's two runners, although of more interest may be the consistent Baltic King. Hugh Morrison's gelding has to give plenty of weight away all round though including 4lbs to Corridor Creeper and Milton Bradley's gelding is preferred. The selection has the clear beating of another of today's rivals Bond City on running at Newbury last month and has a nice pull in the weights with Tournedos on their form at Chester. He is taken to make the most of the weights here.
