A high draw is often an advantage on Beverley's round course so Mick Easterby will be far from pleased with the number one box for his Woodland River, who has been absent for some time but goes well fresh and is well treated on official BHB ratings. Better berthed is Jimmy Fitzgerald's Kingsdon, who comes here fit from hurdling. A big run will be expected from the five-year-old, while One Dinar should improve on recent efforts now that the David Nicholls team are beginning to hit form. Rymer's Rascal is better treated than most but has a difficult draw to overcome.
