In depth

Verdict

Line Of Reason, who once held the track record here, has been running well but stall 12 won't aid his cause. He was only half-a-length behind Ginger Jam last month but the latter is unbeaten in five starts here and with an inside berth is likely to confirm the form. The ex-Irish NORTH WIND has only won once but has been running in better company and only just failed to concede 12lb to Young Tiger at Doncaster. He's well drawn and can see off the challenge of Indian Sounds, who completed a double in minor company at Bath before an even better run when just failing to get up in a Class 3 handicap at Thirsk. East Street Revue gained a surprise victory here last time but this looks tougher.
