The run of Tournedos in the previous race will give us a clearer indicator to the chance of HITCHES DUBAI here, but without that knowledge we will, in any case, side with Geoff Harker's gelding to see off First Swallow and Divine Spirit. The last-named has slipped down the weights and has very much his best chance for a long time. The yard's runners are not going badly and he acts well at this track so he has claims. First Swallow has a course and distance win to his name but appears to go best when conditions are slower than those forecast for today, so we will take him on even though he has a plumb draw. If Shakespeare's Son can transfer his abilities back to turf then he'd have a squeak of claiming some prize money, while Fasliyanne is well worth consideration from a handy mark, although she has a poor draw and is finding winning difficult. Therefore, we will turn to Hitches Dubai. From a yard in superb form, and with a decent draw, this five-year-old won't mind being dropped 1lb and looks to have plenty going for him today.
