CONO ZUR has a decent chance at the weights in this claimer, though Ferris Wheel is feared and Jupiter Fidius is another to short-list. The last-named has been found wanting in handicaps on all of his last four starts, though the competition is not so strong today and he will surely be thereabouts with the yard among the winners. Ferris Wheel is another who should find this easier than recent handicap defeats. He should be suited by this trip, though he has struggled over most distances so far and gets the opportunity to show more today. Saxby is in decent form in the context of this and acts around the Westwood, so he has stronger claims than a number of them, while Newbury Street is also in good nick and has frame claims. Even so, Cono Zur has Paul Hanagan booked for the job and romped home in a Redcar seller last time. Trip and ground suit and a repeat effort would surely be good enough at the weights today.
