David Lanigan won with the last horse he sent to the track so preference here is for LEADER OF THE LAND ahead of Specialising and Captain Clint. As with Sparkling Smile last month, the selection looks to be a well-handicapped contender. He ran well in defeat at Nottingham on his reappearance and with the blinkers discarded he is expected to run well. Seattle Speight is one of several potential improvers in the race and he represents a yard in great form, Specialising run behind Bebopalula looks solid, whilst High Rolling is not dismissed for an in-form yard. Miss Whippy hasn't gone on since winning a Windsor maiden in August, Antoella needs a market check as she steps up in trip, whilst Torran Sound is potentially well-treated if she gets this longer distance. Captain Clint comes here in decent form but it wasn't a great Yarmouth seller that he was third in last month, so a bigger threat could be I Got Music on her handicap debut racing off a mark of 46. Preference in a weak race is for Leader Of The Land.
