Verdict

BOTANICAL LADY (NAP) went to Sligo on Tuesday without a victory since 2014 but she had dropped to a very lenient mark and made no mistake after being well supported. She's been raised 7lb but can run here with a 5lb penalty so looks set to complete a quick double. Easy Boy won here just under a year ago but went up a massive 12lb and has been struggling subsequently while Clear Focus is 1-36 and has never raced beyond 7f. Maritime Law had shown nothing until Gowran last month where he started at 50/1 but produced a fine run behind Enough Is Enough - any further progress should see him in the firing-line.
