Adobe can follow up on his recent Warwick win at the expense of Border Artist, Voice Mail and Lockstock. Adobe has been a long time favourite to many over the years and always wins his races year in and year out. Now at the age of eleven and with one hundred and forty nine runs under his belt and seventeen wins he bids for yet another. Connections feel that he is fairly treated with a six pound penalty rather than wait to be re assed so he is the one they all have to beat. Border Artist has been in great form this season without getting his head in front. His last effort though caught the eye when finishing second to Ivory Lace at Brighton when only going down by half a length. With that in mind he is to be noted in the market. Voice Mail carries top weight and can be quirky at times. He ran well to finish a close second on his penultimate run but failed to capitalize on that when finishing nearer last than first at Leicester last time out and for that reason is to be treated with caution. Locally trained Lockstock has Richard Hughes booked to ride and his form reads good enough to win a race of this standard so is one to note. But for the winner we return to Adobe.
