Like For Like has shown glimmers of promise lately and will be suited by the ground but from out of the weights she's ignored in favour of COMMANDINGPRESENCE. It says much about the contest that we're siding with a 35-race maiden but our selection has been placed both times she's raced on ground with soft in the description, so perhaps these conditions will provide the key to unlocking that elusive first victory after a fine second off this mark last time. The Jailer won on genuine good ground at Chepstow earlier this year but, although well treated on old form, 2010 evidence suggests the mare is opposable now 9lbs higher, while Namir will go on the ground but is an unpredictable veteran. Mazzola has cheek-pieces replacing blinkers but both his wins have come without headgear over further and Know No Fear hasn't won on turf for over two years.
