YASMEENA is the first foal of La Cucaracha (a top class performer for Barry Hills) and she showed plenty of promise on debut at Sandown when not given too hard a time of things. She wore a blanket going into the stalls so may have her quirks and she has to prove herself on soft ground but she holds an entry in the Cheveley Park Stakes and looks sure to be sent off at cramped odds. Silca Conegliano is exposed as ordinary and it may be best to look to the likes of Kilk and Shes Rosie for the dangers although Deveze and Shugar Rhi make some appeal on paper as half-sisters to winning sprinters La Capriosa and Titus Andronicus but they may be seen to better effect once handicapping.
