      Verdict

The three-year-old DARK SHADOW has won here and at Windsor and though up 4lb for his latest victory that was a Class 3 handicap and this represents a drop in grade. Little Boy Blue has been alternating between here and Brighton and has been going well but his latest victory puts him on his highest ever mark. Iconic Knight ran his best race for a long time at Goodwood and has been left on the same mark while the lightly-raced Major Blue was unlucky in-running here last time and is capable of a big run. The Daley Express won here in April but ran poorly on a return visit early last month.
