Even as sellers go, this isn't a race to get too excited about, with the tentative selection being Fly In Johnny, ahead of Yakama and Daisy Nook. The pick will want to come from off the pace, and should be able to cope with the stiff uphill finish. It's slightly longer than the gelding's previous races when with Richard Hannon. A change of scenery to the smaller Hoad stable may bring a change of luck. Yakama's been knocking on the door without seriously threatening to win, but Dominic French Davis is used to seeing his runners place, and this could be Yakama's race, with a decent low draw, alongside Fly In Johnny. Daisy Nook has yet to make the frame in her 4 starts but has looked the progressive type, and will have come on for her seasonal debut here 3 weeks ago. But for the most likely winner from the best of a moderate bunch, we'll go for Fly In Johnny.
