Another wide open handicap, with plenty of these having won over course and or distance, and it may pay here to look towards the bottom weights, with MAGICAL SPEEDFIT selected to get the better of Street Power and Blue Jack. Those that do well at Brighton can find similar success here, given the track similarities, and Magical Speedfit won there last time out, a couple of weeks ago, over the same trip. Street Power has shown improvement since being gelded, with three wins and a place to his name since. Previously he'd not always been the most straightforward. This though is his turf debut. Blue Jack won on debut but hasn't been able to follow that up. He keeps finding a few too good for him when looking handy, including when third here last time out, but the step down from six furlongs to five looks a positive. Best One looks the pick of the two Ron Harris runners. Any market support should be noted, especially for those having their first run for a while, but we fancy the chances of Magical Speedfit.
