    Verdict

New-look novice races are proving more competitive but equally pose a problem for punters with the penalties imposed on previous winners. So here KYLLANG ROCK is asked to concede 5lb and upwards to all rivals, but no less than 11lb to the filly, Coral Sea, who posted a debut of promise when runner-up at Newbury. That run in Berkshire came on ground with cut whereas the selection handled good to firm conditions with aplomb when running out a ready winner of his second start and is taken to follow up despite the imposed penalty. Barroche is a major threat as she scored with plenty to spare here in May and wasn't at all disgraced when running sixth to the awesome Lady Aurelia at Royal Ascot. She's a danger to all down in grade and holds Camargue comfortably on their running at the Royal meeting.
