    Verdict

Ginzan, the only course and distance winner here, is respected on his overall good record at the track and should go well again despite heading the weights. Sulis Minerva looks likely to strike pretty soon having found her form and a strong showing is expected whilst Night Trade is the sort to win in her turn but is hard to predict. Catalinas Diamond has landed all three career successes at Lingfield and Tregereth still retains maiden status. MARIA MONTEZ blew out badly last time when odds-on to complete the hat-trick at Brighton but that really did look too bad to be true as she had looked in glittering form twice previously and is given the chance to prove that running all wrong.
