In depth

Verdict

GLENS WOBBLY is far from bulletproof and was a beaten favourite here the last day when runner-up to Speed Steed. Still a maiden, there is nothing wrong with his attitude and the consistent gelding can finally get off the mark. Bold Cross may be a 10-year-old now but the old boy continues to show some sparkle and finished ahead of the selection here in mid-June. However, he may fail to confirm the form on unchanged terms over this longer trip. Inffiraaj didn't do too badly when upped dramatically in trip last time but now is asked to drop 4f. He's a possible but is perhaps best watched while connections ascertain his ideal trip requirements.
