Verdict

Stag Hill didn't handle the soft ground at Chepstow last time but had been in good form prior to that run and could easily bounce back here. But CANE CAT must go close if reproducing her run at Nottingham last Sunday where she was just touched off by Honoured and finished clear of the rest. Market Puzzle was second in an apprentices' race at Haydock eight days ago but isn't exactly reliable while Mr Udagawa, second over a mile here last month, is equally difficult to predict. Belle Park isn't badly treated, however, and has gone well here in the past.
