led, ridden and headed 2f out, soon beaten

chased leading trio on outside, went 3rd 2f out, ridden and stayed on to 2nd over 1f out, no chance with winner
chased leading pair, pushed along and went 2nd 2f out, no chance with winner when dropped to 3rd over 1f out
took keen hold, chased leader, led 2f out, pushed out inside final furlong, easily
This looks a straightforward task for LILBOURNE LASS, who made the odds-on Saayerr pull out all the stops at Windsor after making a winning debut over today's track and trip. The Smart One, the pick of Mick Channon's pair, may be the one to chase her home as he's improving with experience and it took Mr Dandy Man five attempts to get off the mark. Majestic Alexander won at Wolverhampton in April and was out of her depth at York last month but makes little appeal in this giving 3lb to the selection.
