The vote here goes to Gallego ahead of Armanatta and Son Of Thunder. Gallego is back to a winning mark from the summer and, having run well here in the past, has to be considered. Armanatta performed well at The Curragh last time over a trip short of her ideal and she has to be seriously considered. A five-time winner, Son Of Thunder has enough form from around today's mark to be rated a key player, while Oakley Absolute ran well over a shorter trip last time at Goodwood and, if in that same sort of mood, is entitled to to go well. It would not be a total surprise if Sheriff's Deputy were to run well based on his best 2005 form now that he has had a pipe-opener this time around. Finally, Baboosh could be interesting if attracting money but, for the selection we will stick with Gallego.
