ARAB LEAGUE has finished second on each of his last four starts and is taken to go one better, while Regal Blush and Captain Oats both come into the race in good order. The selection is only lightly raced with injury plaguing his three year old career. However, this season he has been in great spirits and has looked unlucky not to have found himself in the winners enclosure. He was not beaten far behind Saborido at Salisbury last time out and, if he can recapture that form, he can reward his connections with a first success. Regal Blush looks the main danger. She was good enough to win back to back bumper races two seasons ago and was then plagued with injury. She ran well on the all weather over the past winter and although she was beaten a fair way on her return to the level at Salisbury last time out more can be expected this time around. Captain Oats has the services of top amateur Simon Walker which is a big bonus. His form has been consistent of late and although he is still winless in 16 career starts he should be noted in the betting market. Arab League is the form horse in the race and is sure to give his backers another good run for their money.
