This field will be hard pressed to catch TIMELESS ELEGANCE, who is taken to see off Vilnius and Thinking. The selection won his last start by no less than eight lengths over seven furlongs at Musselburgh. He drops a furlong today which would be a slight concern but he showed enough early last time out to suggest he could cope with this drop back. Freddie Tylicki takes the ride on the Howard Johnson horse and he is fancied to go in again. Vilnius ran in a better race than this at Goodwood on Saturday and only went down by half a length in the end. The step up in trip shouldn't be a problem but the selection certainly will be. Not much form to go on here but Tim Easterby's Thinking showed bits and pieces at two. He has an absence to overcome but should be in the shake up with his stable still in decent form. The Bay Bandit and Kristen Jane are others to note.
