Verdict

BRIGHT PROSPECT went close to repeating an earlier victory at Perth when beaten only two lengths at the same track off today’s mark. He should make another bold bid and can confirm recent running with So Satisfied. The remainder make their chasing debuts and Golden Investment won over hurdles at Kelso in May while Las Tunas won three times over timber in France and has his first start for new connections. Newtown Lad also scored over hurdles earlier this year but Berkshire Downs has yet to win anywhere though has gone close on several occasions.
