Wahoo Sam lines up in top form and can complete a hat-trick, with Apache Point, Templet and Forest Air put up as the main dangers. Wahoo Sam had the measure of Apache Point when making all at Hamilton ten days ago, and prior to that was successful off a five-pound lower mark at the Scottish track. He was a decent juvenile two years ago but lost his form completely last year, and now that he has picked up the winning thread again, can complete a treble before the handicapper gets a grip. Apache Point should be closer this time on the revised terms and will make a race of it no doubt, while Templet has the assistance of Kieren Fallon so Ian Semple's charge, third here last time, is another for the short-list. Forest Air is on the upgrade again but has more to do at this level, and we prefer to side with a horse in form in the shape of Wahoo Sam.
