Verdict

Irish challenger Lily's Gem was pulled-up on her last visit here in April and compatriot Deo Bellator has to race off a much higher mark today after placing at Sligo. Sedgefield winner Joie De Vivre was well beaten off today’s mark last time while Sarvi returned to hurdles with a second at Musselburgh but has something to prove over this far. The latter’s stablemate PAMMI (NAP) drops down in distance but won off a higher mark at Perth when last racing in this lower grade and Jim Goldie’s mare may prove the one to side with. Jessiemac won this in 2019 but is struggling for form.
