    In depth

    Verdict

Regal Kiss looks the one to beat on form and Mark Johnston's charge is steadily improving, though he looks vulnerable and preference is for the newcomer DOMINATOR. Alan Swinbank has not raced many of his juveniles this season but has an excellent 33 per cent strike rate with those he does. The Yorkshire-based trainer has his runners in good form and his Motivator gelding has the pedigree to do well at this trip for starters, so we'll side with him. Adlington looks another likely danger after improving from first run to second, Spes Nostra is worth a market check, though we'll take Dominator to live up to his name.
