Verdict

Farmer Grant appeals as the most likely winner but the market, as with all Tony Martin horses will provide the best guide where Delray Beach and Another Rum appear the main dangers. Farmer Grant is a very lightly raced individual and despite connections campaigning him over 2m 4f he has always resembled a horse that would get further. Ground conditions should be perfect and will take a great deal of beating. Delray Beach runs off the same mark as his most recent chase outing. He is one paced but will relish this test of stamina while Another Rum has stamina in abundance but appears to be regressing. Support for Farmer Grant would be significant but he remains open to improvement and can land this.
