Twaasol won the Woodcote at Epsom after making a winning debut at Windsor but this looks a particularly hot renewal of this Listed contest. SAEIQA (NAP) was third in the Coventry Stakes and that may be fractionally better form than Saint Lawrence’s fourth in the Superlative Stakes at Newmarket so Frankie’s mount gets the nod to make it third-time lucky. Chindit’s Doncaster win hasn’t been franked but he still looked unfurnished on Town Moor so there should be more to come. Naval Crown is another likely improver while Cobh showed a willing attitude at Haydock, though this is a much tougher assignment.
