Verdict

Aidan O’Brien knows what it takes to win this and the unbeaten River Tiber has leading claims as he steps up in distance. Compatriot Givemethebeatboys is also unbeaten after winning a Group 3 at the Curragh and Frankie gets the leg-up while Bucanero Fuerte is another Irish contender having made a winning debut back in March. Asadna has been well supported on the back of an impressive success at Ripon and Ayr maiden winner Army Ethos represents last year’s winning yard. But Wesley Ward is no stranger to success here and FANDOM could make a bold bid from the front having left the opposition trailing in his wake on the fast ground at Keeneland last month. Woodcote winner Bobsleigh and Cuban Thunder cold go well at a price.
